Kurth Meeks

As a team owner of Uncharted Realty Group and project manager, Kurth brings a unique blend of hands-on experience, discipline, and real-world knowledge to the business. Raised on a cattle farm, he developed a strong work ethic early on—something that continues to show in both his leadership and day-to-day operations.
His background is anything but traditional. After attending the fire academy in Greensboro, NC, he served as a firefighter EMT in Ocean Isle Beach and Shallotte, where he learned the importance of staying calm under pressure and making critical decisions quickly. He later continued his education at Cape Fear Community College, studying marine technology in Wilmington.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, he worked as a surveyor in both Asheville, NC—on projects with the Department of Transportation—and in Southwest Florida. This experience gave him a detailed understanding of land, property boundaries, and development, which now plays a key role in his work as a project manager.
Since earning his real estate license in 2020, he has been an integral part of the team’s growth, helping oversee projects, operations, and long-term strategy. Known for his reliability and problem-solving mindset, he ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Outside of work, he’s a motorcycle enthusiast and a proud dad, bringing the same level of dedication to his family as he does to the business.
