Carli Meeks began her real estate career in 2012 and has continuously expanded her expertise, leadership, and impact within the industry ever since. Driven by a deep passion for serving others and a commitment to excellence, Carli has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions—gaining experience that spans distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, residential sales, and large-scale team operations.

She launched her career with Legacy Quest Group, a high-producing investment team at Keller Williams Realty in Mooresville, NC, closing approximately $24 million annually. She then transitioned into residential real estate with a top-producing team at Keller Williams Lake Norman, contributing to over $20 million in annual sales.

Carli’s leadership journey quickly accelerated as she stepped into key roles within Keller Williams. After obtaining her Florida real estate license, she served as Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Realty in Naples, Florida, where she coached, trained, and supported more than 150 agents. She later returned to North Carolina to Keller Williams Asheville, where she built and led an Agent Services division, impacting the growth and development of over 400 agents.

In 2018, Carli expanded her sales leadership as a Lead Expansion Partner, Listing Specialist, and Buyer Specialist for The Temple Team in both Asheville and Wilmington, NC—contributing to a team with over $50 million in annual closed volume.

In 2019, Carli and her husband, Kurth Meeks, launched Uncharted Realty Group at Keller Williams Innovate in Wilmington, NC. Today, their team serves the southeastern North Carolina market from Jacksonville to the NC/SC border and consistently ranks in the top 20% of their market center of 300+ agents and within the broader MLS. Uncharted Realty Group sells approximately $30–40 million annually, focusing primarily on New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Onslow counties, with occasional transactions in Bladen and Columbus counties.

Carli is a proud member of the Keller Williams Young Professionals (KWYP) National Group and serves as the KWYP Wilmington Chapter President, where she is passionate about developing the next generation of real estate leaders. She is also a Keller Williams International Luxury Member, specializing in elevated client experiences and high-end properties.

She has been exclusively coached by nationally recognized real estate coach Jordan Freed, further sharpening her business strategy, leadership, and production at a high level.

Her dedication to growth is reflected in her extensive Keller Williams education, including graduating from IGNITE and completing BOLD eight times, as well as regularly attending national conferences such as Family Reunion and Mega Camp. Carli also serves as a market center instructor, teaching IGNITE and Keller Williams University courses, and previously held a leadership role as Growth Committee Chair on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC). She is also a graduate of the Cape Fear Realtors® Leadership Academy.
